The Brogden Middle School Improvement Team is required by North Carolina law to develop a school improvement plan to address the goals of the school. School Improvement Plans remain in effect for no more than two years and must be approved by the local Board of Education biannually. Plans are amended periodically to reflect each school’s efforts toward meeting established goals, aligning with the DPS Strategic Plan. Members of the SIT are elected at the beginning of each school year and serve 2-year terms.
