We are so excited for our upcoming field trip! In order for your student to participate in skating activities, a skating waiver must be completed by a parent/guardian before the trip. ⛸️
The waiver link can be found here. Please make sure the form is completed ahead of time, as students without a completed waiver will not be able to skate.
