RHMS Families,

We have officially arrived at the final week of an incredible school year, and we could not be more proud of our Ram Scholars. Their growth, perseverance, achievements, and commitment throughout the year have been inspiring to watch. As we prepare to close this chapter, we know we will greatly miss our 8th grade scholars as they begin their next journey into high school. At the same time, we are excited to welcome our newest Ram Scholars, our incoming 6th grade class, the Class of 2033!

We can’t wait to see everyone back on July 20 for the first day of the 2026–2027 school year. Open House will be held on July 16, and families will receive information in the mail with specific times for their child.

Last Day of School

Wednesday, June 10, the final student day of the 2025–2026 school year, will operate as a full instructional day for students. Please plan for normal school hours, transportation, and dismissal procedures. Thank you for your support as we close out a strong school year!

Thank you.

Rams Fest:

Rams Fest is almost here, and we need your help! 🎉Join us on June 9 as we celebrate an amazing school year with our Ram Scholars. We are looking for volunteers to assist throughout the day with setup, games/activities, and cleanup.

We have a few more slots open, so if you have some time to give and would enjoy spending time making this event special for our students, we would love your support. Any amount of time makes a difference and is greatly appreciated!

Please note: All volunteers must be DPS-approved volunteers.

Thank you in advance for helping us make Rams Fest a memorable experience for our scholars!

Medication Pickup:

All student medications kept in the school health office must be picked up by a parent or guardian within 30 days of the last day of school. Any medication not picked up within this timeframe will be discarded, as we are unable to store medications over the summer.

Health Information for Next School Year:

Students who have medications at school or who have reported health conditions will be bringing home letters and medication order forms for the 2026–2027 school year. We are asking that you review these materials and return completed forms before the start of the new school year.

8th Grade Promotion Ceremonies

Our 8th Grade Promotion Ceremonies are scheduled for Wednesday, June 10.

We look forward to celebrating this special milestone with you and your child.

As a reminder, it doesn’t matter how you start, but how you finish that counts.  Rams exemplify RESPECT, OWNERSHIP, CHARACTER, and KNOWLEDGE. At all times.  Rams are scholars, Rams are leaders, and Rams ALWAYS ROCK!

Thank you for making Rogers-Herr an extraordinary place to learn, work, and grow!  We look forward to seeing our Ram scholars back the last Monday morning of the school year and as always, Rams ROCK!
