Principal’s Update for the End of Quarter 3

Dear Rogers-Herr Middle School Families and Guardians,

As we close out Quarter 3, I want to take a moment to thank you for your continued partnership and support of our scholars and staff. This quarter has been filled with meaningful learning, exciting opportunities, and many moments that remind us just how special our Ram community truly is.

I am incredibly proud of the hard work our students have shown in the classroom, in athletics, and through the many clubs and activities that make Rogers-Herr such a vibrant place to learn and grow. Your encouragement at home plays a huge role in their success, and we truly appreciate the strong partnership we share with our families.

We would also like to extend a special thank you to our wonderful community leaders who participated in our Career Day explosion today, Thursday, March 12. Your willingness to share your professional experiences with our students was invaluable in opening their minds to the diverse opportunities that await them in the future. Experiences like this help our scholars see the many possibilities ahead and inspire them to continue working toward their goals.

We truly hope all of our Ram Scholars enjoy a restful, rejuvenating intersession. This break provides an excellent opportunity for students to recharge before our final push toward the end of the academic year. Quarter 4 is an important time for finishing strong, demonstrating growth, and continuing to build the habits that lead to success.

Please note that we will not have a weekly Sunday message during the intersession break. Our next Sunday message will be Sunday, April 5. We are excited about Quarter 4 and look forward to welcoming all of our scholars back bright and early on Monday, April 6.

Thank you for making Rogers-Herr Middle School an extraordinary place to learn, work, and grow. Have a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable break.

As always, Rams ROCK — showing Respect, Ownership, Character, and Knowledge every day.

Tawauna Stewart, Ed.D.
