This elite honor—UNC Charlotte’s most competitive scholarship—recognizes academic excellence, leadership, and community impact. Atticus stood out among nearly 3,000 nominees from across the country to earn a spot in the Class of 2029.
The scholarship, worth up to $187,000, covers full tuition, housing, meals, summer experiences, and more—plus funding for civic and professional development.

Shout-out to Ms. Ericson and the Environmental Club for planting one garden bed, using plants Ms. Bailey and the OCS students are selling. The club will be planting pollinator beds next Friday. The club will hopefully be making this an annual thing, learning more and more about gardening every year as we expand the garden space outside of the greenhouse.
