Annual Opening Meeting
Bethesda Elementary has been designated as a Title I school this year, meaning we receive federal funding to support students from low-income backgrounds. Title I is part of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) and works to ensure all children can meet rigorous state academic standards. Schools receiving Title I funding use these resources to offer extra academic support, including tutoring, learning materials, and family engagement initiatives. Our goal is to bridge the achievement gap and create equitable learning opportunities for all students.
