FIELD DAY
We’re excited to announce that our Field Days will take place on May 21st and May 22nd. Students will enjoy a fun-filled time of outdoor games, teamwork, and school spirit as we celebrate the end of the year together.
To make these events run smoothly, we need volunteers. Field Day is one of our most memorable traditions, and it wouldn’t be possible without the help of our amazing families. EOG TESTING FOR 3rd – 5th GRADERS
North Carolina requires these annual tests to be administered during the final 10 days of the school year Testing will begin on Thursday, May 28th.
May 28- 3rd Reading & 5th Science
May 29 – 4th Reading
June 1st – Make-ups
June 2nd – 3rd & 5th Math
June 3rd – 3rd RTA & 5th Reading
June 4th – 4th Math
June 5th-10th – Make-Ups & Retesting - As a reminder parental/legal guardian permission is required for a student to participate in a retest. The Consent to Retest form is located on the front page of our website. https://shorturl.at/kPwA6

ENROLLMENT FOR THE 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR
All current K-5th grade students do not need to re-enroll. All students in K-5 automatically are enrolled and moved to the proper grade. Pre-K students do need to re-enroll.
DLI END-OF-YEAR
We are excited to begin planning the Dual Language end‑of‑year celebration on Friday, May 15, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. A.L.A.S. will partner with the dual language immersion team to organize food for this event, which is open to the entire school community.
