Track Out Camp:
Held at Pearsontown Elementary School, our Intercession/Track Out Camps are open to all players in kindergarten–5th grade, of any skill level, gender, or school.
Camps run Monday–Friday, 9:00–5:00 p.m. Early drop-off is available 8:15–8:50 AM, with late pick-up from 5:10–5:45 PM—perfect for working families. A full day of movement, skill-building, and fun players will love.

The HVE Landscaping Committee is hosting Spring campus workdays on Sat and Sun March 7-8, 2026 from 8am to 12pm. Join the committee in clearing and planting the courtyard beds, planting spring bulbs, picking up trash, refreshing the street sign, and more. We hope to see you there.

Come out for an evening of culture, creativity, and community as we honor the powerful voices, rich history, and lasting impact of Black leaders and changemakers. Explore our student gallery featuring incredible projects created by HVE scholars, and support local food trucks Better Fork Wit It and Mellow Dogs from 5:00–6:30 PM, this Thursday 3/5.
We look forward to celebrating together as we uplift the past, embrace the present, and inspire the future!

A special thank you to Ms. Stillwagon for the compassion, care, and unwavering support she provides to our students and families each day. Her dedication to students’ social-emotional well-being and advocacy makes a meaningful difference in our school community.

We are excited to have you join us THIS evening of stories and fun! Reading sessions will take place in 15-minute rotations from 5:30–6:30 PM. Families may choose which room to visit during each session. When the session ends, you are welcome to rotate to a new location for the next story.
You do not have to attend every session; feel free to move at a pace that works best for your family.
During one of the sessions, families are also invited to visit the library to check out books and explore together. You may choose any rotation to visit the library.
