6th and 7th Grade: 2026 After Exam Early Sign Out
Complete one form per student per day.
Important: 6th and 7th grades will only be able to sign out early starting on June 3, 2026.
By completing this form, you are attesting that you will pick your child up from school at the time you have indicated. Please note that students who utilize this form may not leave and return to campus for PM bus transportation or late afternoon parent pick up.
Students who drive do not need a parent to pick them up, but will need to indicate parent permission on this form.
By granting my child permission to sign out early on any given day, the student will be marked absent from the PM portion of the day if they are not exempt from the following day's exam.
6to y 7mo Grado: Salida Temprana Después de Exámenes 2026
Complete un formulario por cada estudiante y por cada día de salida temprana.
Importante: La salida temprana para el 6to y 7mo grado comenzará el día 3 de junio de 2026.
Al completar este formulario, usted certifica que recogerá a su hijo/a de la escuela a la hora que ha indicado. Tenga en cuenta que los estudiantes que utilizan este formulario no pueden salir y luego regresar a la escuela para tomar el transporte en autobús por la tarde ni para recogida por los padres después del día completo escolar.
Los estudiantes que conducen no necesitan que los padres los recojan, pero deberán indicar el permiso de los padres en este formulario.
Al otorgar permiso a mi hijo/hija para que se retire temprano cualquier día determinado, el estudiante será marcado ausente de las últimas clases del día si es que no son exentos del examen.
