About Acceler8
Acceler8 is a career exploration day for all eighth-grade DPS students hosted by Durham Public Schools, Durham Public Schools Foundation, and local employers. This event is a one-day opportunity for both large and small companies to expose students to the industry in which they work. This event will broaden students' perspectives on the world of work and allow them to explore their future career opportunities in Durham. With the help from employers like you, Acceler8 will be a stepping stone to ensure that all students in DPS are Future Ready for any post-secondary opportunity path they choose to take.
