DPS /RHS Technology Fee - Beginning this school year, Durham Public Schools is requiring a $30 annual technology fee for high school students in order to support device sustainability and repair. This technology fee can be paid at the DPS Online Pay Portal. Durham Public Schools is committed to ensuring all students have access to the technology needed for learning. If your family is experiencing financial hardship, you may request a waiver of the Student Technology Fee by completing this form. Here is a printed application form in English and Spanish.
Students are also allowed to utilize their personal laptops at school under DPS' Bring Your Own Technology (BYOT) Initiative.
