Monday 1/5 through Friday 1/9 are regular school days. Students who are absent these days will be marked as an unexcused absence.
Friday 1/9, students will take students will take teacher made exams
Monday 1/12 through Friday 1/16 students will take EOC exams, and CTE state exams, and any teacher-made makeup exams
If your student did not score a proficient on the EOC, they do have an opportunity to retake the test on a makeup day but must have permission from a parent/guardian. Please fill out the "Retest Permission Form" above.
Any students who turn in Early Release Permission Slips by the deadline of 1/9, will be released from campus at the end of the exam periods 1/12-1/16 at approximately 1:15pm. We must wait for all testing to conclude to release students, so we may not be ready at exactly 1:15pm - but we will do our best to ensure it is as close to 1:15pm as possible. An announcement will be made once testing has concluded.
Students with early release passes will not be able to return to campus for any reason, not even to ride the bus
Students who did not turn in an early release form may be signed out in the main office, in person after 1:30pm.
No students may be signed out before 1:30pm.
The main office will not accept phone calls or emails for check outs during exam week.
Please note that we need adequate time for our early dismissal students to leave campus prior to beginning the checkout process.
Students cannot leave test sessions early for any reason, even if they are finished testing earlier than the scheduled window.
Please ensure your child arrives to school on time so testing may begin on time with their charged chromebook. Any student who arrives after 9:30 am will be assigned to test on a makeup day
