Infinite Campus & Schedule Change Requests

To Create Your Parent Portal Access Website:

Go to: https://portalaccess.ncsis.gov
Select Durham Public Schools.
Enter your student’s ID number, first name, last name, and date of birth.
Select the parent/guardian setting up the account.
Choose a verification method (text or email—must match what is on file at the school).
Enter the 6-digit verification code to complete setup.

The schedule change request form is open August 10– August 23.
2026-2027 Available Course List
Schedule change requests for ERRORS will take priority.
- Missing a graduation requirement class
- Missing a class that was previously failed
- Holes/missing classes in the schedule
- Having a class that previously taken and passed
No requests will be accepted before or after this window.
Requests must be submitted using the official form. Requests via email, phone, or in-person will not be accepted.
Only one submission per student is allowed.
