Access to Infinite Campus Parent Portal

Parents and caregivers will receive an email from DurhamPublicSchools@psu320nc.mg.infinitecampus.org
with a unique link to create their Infinite Campus Parent Portal account. This portal gives you access to student schedules and other key information.
You may be prompted to answer security questions to protect your student’s privacy. If you do not receive the email by August 12, please use the Activation Code Lookup Tool.

Schedule Correction Requests

The schedule change request form is open August 11– August 26.
2025-2026 Available Course List
Schedule change requests for ERRORS will take priority.
- Missing a graduation requirement class
- Missing a class that was previously failed
- Holes/missing classes in the schedule
- Having a class that previously taken and passed
No requests will be accepted before or after this window.
Requests must be submitted using the official form. Requests via email, phone, or in-person will not be accepted.
Only one submission per student is allowed.
