Eno Valley is proud to participate in Swim for Charlie, an initiative that partners with NC elementary schools and aquatic centers to transport 2nd graders during the school day to the pool to instruct students on water safety/swimming. Swim for Charlie eliminates the primary barriers that keep kids from being water safe — cost, access to pools, and transportation. The aquatic skills that students will gain from this program will not only help to save lives, but will provide life skills including exercise options, confidence, and sports.
There will be eight pool sessions over two weeks. Each pool session consists of a 10-minute water safety talk and the introduction of an aquatic career, followed by 40 minutes of pool instruction. Eno Valley will participate February 17th, 2026-March 12, 2026.
