At the county competition on Saturday, April 11th EK Powe finished in 1st place out of 8 Varsity teams, and we finished in 2nd place out of 10 Junior Varsity teams! This incorporates results from all 15 events, in which we received 10 first-place medals, 4 second-place medals, and 5 third-place medals!
We are all very proud of our students. Yesterday at the competition, they represented E K Powe Elementary at the highest level. They were excited, positive, and mature as they demonstrated their mastery of the skills they've cultivated for the last seven months.
