We're thrilled to announce Mr. McMillan as our IA of the Year this year. His peers nominated and selected him. Some of their comments are:
"Mr. McMillan is basically ready for whatever comes his way. He makes lunch fun and safe for our students, fixes squeaky doors and wobbly tables, and somehow always rescues us from printer disasters. He’s a great listener, shows up for kids, and speaks up for what they need. He’s worn so many hats during his time at Powe and crushed every single one. He’s a trusted part of our community and such a warm, friendly presence for students and families. We’re really lucky to have him at Powe."
