Hello Rising Kindergarten Families,

We are so excited to get to know your family this year. 

Please look through our ‘Welcome to EK Powe’ slide deck at https://bit.ly/4fgIGnu. Incoming kindergarten students will have a staggered start to school.   You will sign your child up to attend one full day of school on either Monday August 24, Tuesday August 25 or Wednesday August 26. 

Please go to https://signup.com/go/hPybpJz to sign your child up for their day.   There will be no school for kindergarten students on Thursday August 27.  You will get a call from your child’s teacher on Thursday (August 27) introducing themselves. That evening from 4:30-6:00 pm you can come meet your child's teacher. This is a drop-in event.

On Friday August 29, all kindergarten students will attend school.  Please see the calendar here.    

Please join us for our Popsicles on the Playground event on August 20 (EK Powe).  This will be a drop-in event from 5:00pm-7:00pm and will take place on the playground closest to the corner of W. Knox Street and Edith Street.
