Jonathan Peoples II

Jonathan Peoples II likes to spend a lot of time in alleys - bowling alleys, that is! He has been a bowler since he was a toddler and he already plans to join his college’s bowling team.

“Bowling helped me to be able to stay focused and be successful in school. My journey as a youth bowler has ended but my journey as a Barton (College) Bulldog Bowler is just starting,” said Jonathan, who plans to study sports medicine at Barton after graduating from Ignite.

“Hard work and determination will help you go far in your education,” said Jonathan of his advice to those who will follow him. “Make connections with friends that will last even beyond school. Remember to also have fun and achieve your dreams.”

He gets these ideals from his mother, “Her pushing me and motivating me to be the best version of myself,” said Jonathan. “When I walk across the stage at graduation and head off to college; it is my gift for my mom being the rock in my life.”
