Hillside High School’s traditional Students v. Staff basketball game was an especially poignant memory for DaVion Martin.
“It was a very memorable moment coming from a private school, especially without being able to play varsity sports,” said DaVion. “I had missed the cheering and crowd support I received.”
After graduating from college (TBD), DaVion plans to join the United States Air Force. His motivation for success comes from his mother’s positive attitude around working hard to support the family.
“Live life in the moment. Cherish high school and embrace every moment,” is DaVion’s advice to younger students. “Partake in everything!”
