  • Transportation Form

The district is beginning to focus on gathering transportation data to be proactive in setting up transportation for the 2022-2023 school year. In order to ensure your child has a bus for the 2022-2023 school year, your child’s teacher will contact you if you did not complete the Back-to-School form. Starting Friday, May 20th the Back-to-School form will no longer be available for completion. Your child’s teacher will contact you to ask if your child needs bus transportation for the AM, PM, or both. They will also verify if you are at the same address.
