Early Release Day

Wednesday, May 3rd is an early release day. All students will be dismissed at 1:20 pm.

School Dance
The BMS Student Ambassadors are hosting a school dance Friday, May 5th (6:00 pm - 8:00 pm). This event will take place in our gym and tickets are $5. Students can purchase their tickets during their lunch in the cafeteria. Tickets will not be sold at the door on the evening of the event. Please note that students must meet behavioral criteria and expectations in order to attend.

8th Grade Information
Attention 8th Grade Families - All of the information that you need about the end-of-year 8th grade activities can be found in the letter linked below. Some key dates are:

  • Saturday, June 3rd - 8th Grade Semi-Formal (Theme: Sneaker Ball)
  • Wednesday, June 7th - 8th Grade Ice Cream Social & Field Day
  • Thursday, June 8th - Promotion Ceremony (9:30 am - Seahawks; 12:00 pm - 49ers  & Vikings)

8th Grade Parent Letter

Title 1 Review
Brogden Middle School is classified as a Title I school and required to hold a formal Annual Review Meeting, prior to the end of the school year. The purpose of the Annual Review is to review BMS’s Title I program, as well as inform the development of the Comprehensive Needs Assessment. Results of the Annual Review will be shared with staff and families of Brogden Middle School.

Northern High School Freshman Night
Northern High School will be hosting an athlete interest meeting May 15th at 6:30 pm. Any child that is interested in playing any sport during any season should plan to attend. Information such as: paperwork requirements, registration process, tryout dates, and all the vital information that is involved in the athletics process will be discussed. There will also be booster club members and coaches present so parents can learn how to be involved. Students will also have a chance to meet their coaches and join group chats prior to the first day of tryouts.
