Registration for the Credit by Demonstrated Mastery, CDM, summer testing closes at 11:55 p.m. on Wednesday, May 8th. Credit by Demonstrated Mastery is a two-phase process by which students can earn credit for a course by demonstrating a deep understanding and mastery of application of content standards prior to taking the course. Students who successfully complete CDM receive a pass/fail grade and course credit.

CDM Summer testing will occur for Non-EOC courses June 17-25 and EOC Courses July 18- 26 (Biology, English II, Math I, Math III).

  • High School Students: All DPS high school students are eligible to request an opportunity to earn credit through CDM.
  • Middle School Students: All DPS middle school students may request a CDM opportunity for any high school course offered at the middle school level.
  • CDM is an opportunity for advancement to the next level and not for credit recovery.
  • Linked materials to share within your school community.
