Battle of the Books Team:

Congratulations to the Githens Battle of the Books team for winning the district competition and for placing second in the regional competition!  We are proud of all of our scholars and appreciate their commitment to excellence in everything they do!

Spring Book Fair:

The Githens Middle School PTA, in conjunction with Ms. Berry will be hosting the spring book fair in the Githens media center starting Wednesday, April 24, following the conclusion of benchmark testing.  The book fair will be open to students and teachers during school hours through noon on Tuesday, April 30, as well as STEAM Night on Thursday, April 25.  There is more information regarding the book fair in the parent resource folder.  The link to the folder is below.
