Congrats to Anita Scott Neville, Restorative Practices Coordinator at The School for Creative Studies, our Durham Public Schools September 2022 Equity Champion of the Month!! The Office of Equity and Professional Development nominated her and noted the following:

"Ms. Neville is the quintessential Equity Champion. She has been leading this work at the School for Creative Studies since we started the Equity Champion program in 2017. She was modeling restorative practices at this school and in the district before we had the formal roles created. She is a living testament of the power of equity and ensuring our diverse students get acknowledged and recognized for their brilliance and #BlackandLatinXcellence."
