Principal's Update for the Week of 11/12/23
Greetings,
This is Carrington with updates for the week of November 12th,
On Friday, November 17th Carrington will host a Drive-In Movie Night featuring the hit movie Barbie, rated PG-13. Entry into the event starts at 5:00PM. All persons who wish to attend must purchase a ticket at $3.00 per person. Tickets are available for purchase online through Nov. 16th using this link: https://osp.osmsinc.com/p/BG066-259. Cash payments will only be accepted on Thursday, Nov. 16th from 11AM to 1:30PM. All sales are final and no refunds will be processed. Popcorn, snacks, Movie Candy, Drinks and “Funnel Bakes” Funnel Cakes will be available for purchase during the event. Space will be provided for vehicles as well as any comfortable seating you provide. CMS YARD SALE - Come and support the band and CMS Global Travel Japan trip this Friday afterschool. We will start selling at 4 pm. Come and check out items before heading to the drive-in movie night.
CMS ORCHESTRA AND BAND CONCERT is next Monday, November 20 at 6 pm. Free to all. We look forward to sharing our music with you prior to Thanksgiving break.

This week in sports news, boys’ and girls’ basketball, wrestling ,and cheerleading will hold tryouts on Monday, Tuesday ,and Wednesday from 4 pm -6 pm. If you are trying out for a winter sport (wrestling, cheerleading, boys’, and girls’ basketball, you will need to complete the registration on https://www.dragonflymax.com and upload your current sports physical, and Gfeller Waller (concussion form). You must have passed 5 out of 6 classes from the 2nd semester of 2023 school year and no more than 13.5 absent to meet eligibility requirements.
