On Monday September 18th, Carrington will host our Curriculum Night. Parents, you will have an opportunity to walk through your child’s schedule, meet their teachers and learn about the curriculum. Our program begins at 5:30pm and ends at 7:00pm.
Parents of AIG Students, DEPs were sent home Friday. This document explains how we serve and support your students here at Carrington. Please review the document, sign it, and send it back to school as soon as possible. Please reach out to Mrs. Snyder with any questions.
7th Grade Students are required to submit their Immunization Records within the first 30 days of school. We will be sending home notices on Monday for those whose records we still need. Please reach out to Nurse Ettu at x16252 if you have any questions.

We would like to invite all our ESL families to register for the 2023 EL Prep Academy! Students will receive academic support while parents attend interactive workshops that will give you the necessary tools and resources to better support your student’s academic success at home. The academies will be held at Carrington beginning September 23 from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm. Please contact our school, visit the DPS website, or call Claudia at 919-287-0658 for more information.
This week in sports, Monday, September 18, volleyball and boys’ soccer will host Lakewood. Both games will start at 4:45 pm. Tuesday, September 19, we will take fall sports team pictures. Wednesday, September 20, football and cheerleading will travel to Brogden. The game will start at 4:45 pm. Thursday, September 21, volleyball and boys’ soccer will travel to Lowe’s Grove. Both games will start at 4:45 pm. Tickets can be purchased on GoFan. The link is on the athletic webpage. Tickets are $8.00, free for elementary age and younger. Middle school students must be accompanied by an adult to enter and remain with the student(s) during athletic events.
