Mr. Rotosky's Weekly Message | 4-3

Good evening SW families. I want to start by thanking you for your patience and support during a challenging season. We miss seeing all of you at school and want you to know we empathize with the situation many of you are experiencing at home.

There has been a change in instructional packet distribution for week of April 6th.  Please listen  carefully. Packets will NOT be available at any elementary or middle school for pick-up as originally shared with the public. Each school will now be responsible for mailing packets to identified students.

At Southwest, we will be mailing packets to any students who are unable to connect online with their teacher either through Zoom, Class Dojo, Google classroom, etc.. Other students will continue to receive instruction and support directly from their teacher through the preferred online format.  Teachers are in the process of identifying students who will need to have a packet mailed to their home.

Materials will be available online. Be on the lookout for a link on our school’s website to “Ignite at Home,” a DPS initiative to support remote blended learning effort.  Thank you for your attention to this message. Stay safe and reach out if you need additional support.
