Family Engagement Summit
It's time for the Black History Video Challenge sponsored by Black & Belonging. Create a 90 second video where you teach about Black History in your own way! You can enter alone or with friends - All students are welcome! Bring your facts, passion, and creativity - whether with music, animations, visuals, skits, or raw emotion. Send in your video by February 14th, 2026 (Valentine’s Day) by 7pm and compete for the GRAND PRIZE of $250!! Let your love for the culture and your voice shape history and create something unforgettable! See the flyers on the hall or any member of Black & Belonging for more details!

Science Donations Needed
In order to support the Hurricane Melissa victims in Jamaica, we will be collecting hygiene products such as:
Menstrual pads
Washcloths
Bath towels
Diapers
Mouthwash
Toothpaste
Toothbrushes
Bath soap/body wash
Deodorant and
Socks.
These items will be collected next week, from November 17th through the 21st. This is a service project between Burton Elementary, Shepard, and Hillside High Schools' IB programs. Donated items can be given to Dr. Williams, and will be shipped to Jamaica over Thanksgiving break.
