The DPS Board of Education has amended our policy regarding the acceptance of medical hardship for consideration in Non-EOC course final exams. 

• A high school student may be exempt from a non-state required final exam for a 90-day course if the student either (1) has an “A” average and no more than three absences or (2) has a “B” average and no more than two absences.

Please see the amended English and Spanish Versions of the policy and link to the medical hardship absences request form that needs to be filled out and submitted by the end of the day on Wednesday, 5/10/23.

• Our goal is to have a comprehensive list of all students that qualify for Non-EOC course final exam exemption by Friday, 5/12/23.  Final exams begin on Monday.
