    1. By June 2023, Hillandale will see a decrease in Educator’s Handbook incident reports by 25% (420/233) and an increase in referrals to guidance support staff by promoting school staff capacity to be attentive to students’ emotional states, guiding students in managing their emotions, and arranging for support and interventions when necessary.
    2. Throughout the 2022-23 academic year, PLCs will meet weekly at least 80% of the year to use data for planning future instruction, differentiation needs, and common assessments based on established team structure and duties within PLC, as tracked by the PLC feedback survey.
    3. By June 2023, 100% of teachers will engage in using data-informed, student-driven instruction with support from data informed measures of the areas of need to advance student achievement as measured by Hillandale’s composite proficiency score reaching 65% as measured by NCEOGs (3-5) and mClass or iReady results (K-2).
    4. By June 2023, Hillandale Elementary will communicate with parents/guardians about the school’s expectations of them, the importance of the curriculum of the home, and essential curricular information for their students as measured by weekly updates and resources through at least three methods of communication.
