    Nutrition movies on March 3, 10,17.24 & 31 at 1:30pm

    Eat a VARIETY of nutritious FOOD every day!

    • Eat foods from all 5 foods groups: Fruits, Veggies, Grains, Protein, and Dairy
    • Hydrate: Say YES to WATER!
    • Mindfully eat: take time to enjoy your food with less distractions
    • Eat together: share meals, share memories, and talk about the food
    • Try new flavors and foods: try a new recipe
    • Reduce food waste: eat until tummy is happy and save leftovers for later

    National Nutrition Month Show SCHEDULE

    • Wednesday, March 3rd-           Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 1 (Netflix)
    • Wednesday, March 10th-         Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2 (Netflix)
    • Wednesday, March 17th-         Ratatouille (Disney+)
    • Wednesday, March 24th-         Chopped Junior (episodes _ and _) (Hulu & YouTube)
    • Wednesday, March 31st - Culinary Kids (episode 5 and 6) (Prime)

    Shows will be shown at 1:30pm

    • Each week there will be a brief introduction done by a member of the SST
    • Zoom links for viewing the movies will be displayed weekly on the school website
    • Along with the link for each movie there will be 5 questions about the movie (students who answer these 5 questions correctly will receive DOJO points from their teacher) (DINE will create questions)
