2023-2024 Device Sustainability For Students & Staff

All DPS staff are issued a device and charger that is assigned to them in our One-to-One Plus Asset Management system.  Students enrolled in grades PreK-12 are eligible to participate in the DPS 1:1 program.  Participating students (based on their PowerSchool Technology Opt status) will have a device and charger available at their school for assignment in our One-to-One Plus Asset Management system. All staff and students are expected to care and use district devices according to our Technology Responsible Use (4312/3225/7320) policy.

The chart below details the governance in which all DPS schools are expected to follow for the 2023-2024 school year.  It is imperative that all damage to DPS IT assets is reported to ITSupport@dpsnc.net timely so all occurrences can be denoted in our One-to-One Plus Asset Management system and appropriate communications are made based on the occurrence.  If a replacement charger is needed, a request should be submitted to ITSupport@dpsnc.net for an invoice to be provided to accept payment.  Once payment is received, the replacement charger will be provided to the requesting student or staff member.
