Beginning with 9th graders in Fall 2019 and expanding to all grade levels over four years, all DPS high school students will have a minimum of three career awareness and two career exposure activities each year, as well as one job or internship experience by the time they graduate. This will help ensure students graduate "future ready" - with the knowledge and skills to be on track for the rewarding career path of their choice. Local employers provide the work-based learning experiences, bridging the "skills gap" and developing their pipeline of desperately needed talent. Learn more.
