The North Carolina Mathematics & Science Education Network Pre-College Program (NC-MSEN PCP) is a year-round program for underserved students in grades 6 - 12 that is designed to provide mathematics and science enrichment. The ultimate goal of the program is for students to attend a four­year college/university and to major in a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) or education field.
