• DURHAM PUBLIC SCHOOLS UPDATE REGARDING SCHOOL NUTRITION SERVICES:

Back-to-School meal program changes take effect Sept. 1

Starting on September 1, Durham Public Schools will be able to continue offering school breakfasts and lunches even though our students are learning at home. The federal program Durham Public Schools used for our spring and summer feeding programs was not extended past August 31, so we will resume a more traditional National School Breakfast and National School Lunch program for our students with some significant changes that families should be aware of.
