CCRESA and NCCU offer Central Carolina Principal Preparation Program (CCP3)

North Carolina Central University Principal Fellows Program

The Central Carolina Regional Education Service Alliance (CCRESA) and North Carolina Central University (NCCU) have teamed together to support future school administrators with the Central Carolina Principal Preparation Program (CCP3)!

CCP3 provides teacher leaders of Durham Public Schools and other CCRESA school districts the opportunity to earn their Masters of School Administration from NCCU, be on track for a school leadership position, and receive executive coaching and relevant PD for the first two years as an administrator in a high need school. All of this will be free of charge through a forgivable loan and made possible through the NC Principal Fellows Program (formerly Transforming Principal Preparation Program) and the North Carolina State Education Assistance Authority. Click HERE to learn more about CCP3!

Currently, CCP3 is seeking teacher leaders of Durham County to begin CCP3 in the Fall of 2022! The application window is now open! Click HERE to learn about the applicant requirements, application documentation, and the admissions timeline for the Fall 2022 Cohort.
