A strong bond holds Durham Public Schools together. Parents, staff and the community create the triangle we need to make this Strategic Plan a reality. It is our vision to strengthen internal and external communications and maximize community partnerships to support student learning.
We plan to collaborate with local, regional, national and global partners that will provide a variety of resources for the district and our schools.
The district is also committed to developing strategies to increase family involvement in schools and strengthen communication between home and school.
