Weekly note from Dr. Hogans

April 23, 2017

Beaver Nation Families,

Thank you to everyone who helped with Field Day on Friday! We appreciate your support of our students. A few of our students also participated this past Thursday and Friday in all-county chorus events with
Ms. Kirlauski. We hope that the students had a great experience.
Thank you to everyone who came out to the Spring Fling Dance as well!

Congratulations also to our Special Olympics participants! We hope that everyone had a great time at the competition this past Friday.

We hope that those rising sixth graders who were able to join us for our ‘Super Saturday’ Sixth Grade Orientation yesterday found the sessions informative. Thank you for coming.

Middle school students will take the Youth Risk Behavior survey this week during their second period class. Parents received information about this survey last week. If you have questions, please contact
Dr. Hogans directly.

Class pictures are scheduled for this upcoming Thursday.

Lastly, we have several birthdays to announce this week: Adryel in Ms. Larson's class; Victoria in
Ms. Crews class; Nyla in Ms. Powers class; Lila in Ms. Jannetta class; Presley in Ms. Harap's class; Hayden in Ms. McBride's class; Michael in Ms. Hayes' class; Corey in Ms. Turley's class; Ailey in Ms. Jernigan's class; Jason in Ms. Hallmets class; and Addison in Ms. Owens' class Happy birthday to each of these Beavers.

Have a great week! And remember to walk the river way every day in Beaver Nation: to learn respect and shine!
