From I-40:
Coming into Durham on I-40, take Hwy. 147 (Durham Expressway), then take the Duke Street exit. Continue north on Duke Street through downtown Durham and past Durham Regional Hospital until it merges with Roxboro Road. Continue north on Roxboro Road until you reach Milton Road. Turn left on Milton Road and Eno Valley Elementary is on the left.
From I-85:
Coming into Durham on I-85, take the Duke Street exit heading north. Continue north on Duke Street through downtown Durham and past Durham Regional Hospital until it merges with Roxboro Road.
