Why would I pay online instead of paying the way I’ve always paid?
Paying online means you and your child do not have to worry about handling lunch money. You can be confident that your student is eating lunch and doesn’t have to keep up with money. Also, paying online is much more convenient. You can check your balance at any time and monitor how your child is spending money. The service gives you more control while making the process more convenient. Another feature of PayForIt records what your child buys, so you can see what nutrition choices your student makes at lunch.
Do I have to pay online?
No. You can still pay by cash or check like before. If you pay online, it must be through credit/debit card.
Will it cost the same amount?
There is a service charge every time you deposit money. If you have multiple children, you can add money to all accounts at the same time and still only pay one service charge. Checking the balance and history feature does not cost anything.
What payment plans are available?
You can customize your payment plan. You can deposit money at any point as long as it is over $30. You can also set up a monthly draft into the account. Another feature you can customize is email notification when your child’s balance reaches a certain point.
Is it safe?
Absolutely. PayForIt uses Secure Socket Link, a secure payment transaction service. All information will be highly encrypted and safe.

It’s so easy! Just go to www.PayForIt.net and register. All you need is your credit/debit card and your child’s Student ID number. The ID number is on your child’s report card or high school schedule.
