Financial Literacy, Healthy Eating, and Music and Movement
Classes are on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00 to 7:00 PM

6-week course for parents and primary caregivers of children and adolescents with mental illness. The curriculum balances basic psycho-education and skill training with emotional support, self-care, & empowerment.
