Proficiency test
- moved to North Carolina from a state that does not require driver education to get a driver license
- has a learner's permit or a driver license from another state
The test consists of 200 multiple choice questions. A student who gets at least 160 questions correct will not be required to take driver education. The test may be taken only one time.
