DPS Summer Camp Programs Offered

Wondering how you can keep your child busy – and learning – this summer? DPS Community Education offers some fantastic options through its summer programs. Our summer camps give children many wonderful opportunities to develop new skills and interests, thereby enhancing their success during the regular school year.
Interesting learning themes combine with sports, games, swimming, field trips, and crafts to create an exciting summer full of learning and fun for students. Each age group participates in enrichment activities that are based upon the North Carolina Standard Course of Study.
The camps are fully licensed by the North Carolina Division of Child Development and operate from 7am until 6 pm weekdays. Sites include: Eno Valley, Hope Valley, Spring Valley and Southwest elementary schools
Rising 1st – 6th graders
Swimming, weekly field trips, recreation, academic enrichment activities – literacy, science, sports and fitness, arts and crafts.
