Townhall Meetings for Staff
Dr. Eric J. Becoats will embark on a Listening and Learning tour of Durham to gather stakeholders' input and vision for the future of Durham Public Schools. You are one of those stakeholders.
The input generated by the meetings will be crucial to the development of the school district’s new strategic plan set to be released in January.
Updates/reports will be provided to the community and staff on an ongoing basis. The strategic plan will put into action the Board of Education’s vision and goals. It will be an operational plan to improve the achievement of all students, complete with goals, major strategies, time-lines for implementation and accountability measures.

- September 29th from 4-5:30 at the Staff Development Center
- October 4th from 4-5:30 at W.G. Pearson Elementary
- October 13th from 4-5:30 at Jordan High School
