Summer Work Orders
In order to assist the Maintenance Department in planning its summer workload, we request that you identify and prioritize any areas of concern that you may have regarding the maintenance or operations of your school.
We will begin planning and prioritizing our work later this month, so it is critical that we receive your request as soon as possible. We will blend your requests into our overall program based on the date the WO is received and the availability of resources (funding and man-hours). Please use the wording “Summer Work Request” in the description field of the work order submitted for summer support.
