The Professional Development Plan for 2011-2012 - There are three primary areas of professional development in Durham Public Schools for the coming year: Assessment for Learning, Culturally Responsive Schools, and Performance Management/Talent Development. The plan includes a listing of specific summer opportunities for teachers, support staff, and administrators.
The Aspiring Leaders Program for 2011-2012 – This program is for teachers interested in enhancing their leadership skills in preparation for an Assistant Principal position. The attached document includes a timeline, recommendation form, and application deadline is June 30th.
