Oct. 26 Flu Shot Clinic Cancelled
The flu shot clinic scheduled for October 26, 2009, which was to be a part of the Durham Public Schools Wellness Fair has been cancelled. The company which provides the flu shots, Maxim Healthcare, has notified the school district that Maxim’s supplier has delayed a shipment of flu vaccine. This delay has caused the October 26, 2009, session to be cancelled. Listed below are the next flu shot clinic dates:
- November 6, 2009, from 8:00 am to 11:30 am
- November 9, 2009, from 7:30 am to 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm
- November 18, 2009, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
- December 4, 2009, from 8:00 am to 11:30 am
- December 11, 2009, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
