A Message from the North Carolina State Employees’ Credit Union:
State Employees’ Credit Union (SECU) understands the importance of helping members improve their financial lives – it is our mission and goes hand in hand with the “People Helping People” philosophy of the Credit Union. With the ongoing budget crisis, we realize some public school employees may be experiencing financial difficulties. As SECU serves the public school employees in North Carolina, we wanted to make sure you know the Credit Union is here to help.
Our personnel are ready to assist members with budgeting, mortgage assistance, debt counseling and other questions as needed. Members are encouraged to contact their local SECU branch office in order to see how the Credit Union can assist them. Additionally, there is information on SECU’s website, www.ncsecu.org, which may be beneficial for any public school employees with financial questions or concerns, and the SECU Contact Center is available at 1-888-732-8562, 24 hours a day, seven days a week to serve Credit Union members.
