$5 Haircuts at Holton
Community and staff members are encouraged to “head” over to Holton Career & Resource Center for $5 haircuts offered by the students of the school’s barbering program. Under the watchful eye of Instructor and longtime barber Tim McIntosh, students from a number of DPS high schools are learning barbering skills. They are so skilled that Superintendent Carl Harris visited the Center for a haircut recently. He was quite satisfied with his cut. No appointment is necessary and haircuts are offered Monday through Friday from 2 to 4 pm. Holton is located at 401 N. Driver Street.
