Board of Education Holds Budget Work Session

Durham, NC – The Durham Public Schools Board of Education has called a meeting with the Budget Advisory Committee for Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at 4:30 p.m.
The 2011-12 Superintendent’s budget proposal was presented to the Board of Education at the April 28 meeting. On May 2, the Board held a public hearing and work session to review and discuss the budget proposal.
The Budget Advisory Committee has been working with the Superintendent and staff since November to provide input on the 2011-12 proposed budget.
The meeting will be held in the board room at the Fuller Administration Building.
